Unfortunately, I cannot travel outside of Calgary at this time and will only take clients within the Calgary area. If you can come to Calgary for a session, I would be honoured and willing to accommodate you.
2. How will the photos be delivered?
Your images will be delivered to you digitally via weblink for a private online gallery (I currently use Pixieset), and you can download, print or share them. If, for whatever reason, this will not be convenient for you, contact me, and we can discuss other alternatives.
I do not keep/save your images longer than four weeks (i.e. one month); it is your responsibility to ensure that your photos are downloaded and saved as soon as you receive them.
3. Do you Photoshop images?
Yes, I do, but only to remove blemishes, correct skin tones and enhance your portrait. Small blemishes will be removed, wrinkles softened, teeth whitened, and skin colour enhanced.
4. How do I reserve my date?
You can go to the contact page of my website and fill out the contact form. I will respond within 1-3 business days. You can also reach out to me on Instagram.
5. How much do you charge as a retainer fee?
I charge 50% as a retainer fee, and the amount is non-refundable. This fee is to book your session with me; It ensures that your spot is reserved. Payment of the retainer fee is due at least three days before the tentative scheduled date. The remaining 50% is due on the day of the shoot. Payment is required before any images are released to you.
6. How long will it take to receive my photos?
It takes maximum four weeks of processing time. You will be notified via email when the images are ready, along with a link to your online gallery.
7. Can you give me the raw, unedited pictures?
The short answer is No. 
Long answer: these images do not represent my brand or my work (so still no).  You are hiring me to take your picture because you like the style, composition and hours of editing work that I put into this.
8. Will I own the rights to the images from the photoshoot?
I own the rights to the photos, but you can download, share and print the images as you like. I may decide to share the pictures on my social media, website, and for advertising purposes. If you are uncomfortable with any of these, please notify me.
9. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Your retainer fee will go towards your next appointment if you do so. If you cancel the appointment, your retainer fee will not be refunded.
10. Do you provide print images?
At this time, I do not provide printed images. You are allowed to print and share pictures for private use. The photos' commercial use (i.e. for profit) is NOT permitted unless otherwise stated.

12. How can I make payments?
You can pay me through PayPal or e-Transfer.
13. Help! I have no idea what location I want for the session.
We mutually decide on the location of the shoot based on the mood board you create. Depending on the style you are leaning toward, I will recommend some places that match the overall theme.
14. How does the time limit work for each session?
It is the maximum amount of time spent at the location. I start counting down from the agreed-upon time we are supposed to meet at the location. The time limit includes any time spent on location changing outfits, hair, makeup and travel.
Any additional time spent will be charged at $50 per hour.
15. What happens if I am late?
If you are late, I deduct that from the overall shoot time (i.e. if you are 20 minutes late for a 1-hour session, you have only 40 minutes left). If you notify me ahead of time that you will arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate you.
If the client fails to show up on time for the appointment, I will stay on location for 30 minutes. After this time, if no notice is given, I will assume that you are a no show. No refund will be offered.
16. What if I want more pictures?
Awesome! You like my work. For each additional picture you order, it is $12 per image. 
17. Can I bring my fur baby along for the session?
Yes, you can, but they will be charged an additional $20 per pet.
18. Do you have any deals or specials?
Yes, I offer seasonal mini sessions, so watch my Instagram and website for when this comes out, or you can join my mailing list. I also offer a 10% refer a friend discount. You get 10% off your next session with me when you refer someone.
